  2. make it a habit in 2023 to schedule 1-2 conversations each week with these prospects. One of our mantras is referrals = business and business comes when we know, like and trust people. Set the stage for success by finding ways to get to KNOW new people and then LIKE and TRUST them through one-one-one conversations.
