Executive Membership

    NOTE: Applicants for Executive Membership must have a current, annual Associate Membership. If accepted, your Annual Membership fee of $350 will be applied to the balance.

  • For consideration of Executive Membership, applicants are required to submit: a current budget, a current Board roster, a recent financial statement, a brochure (if you have one), a tax-exempt letter and an organizational chart. These documents can be attached and submitted through the online application process.
