Nonprofit Leadership Roundtable

In 2025, CDP, in partnership with Miami Hamilton Downtown, is launching a new initiative to help strengthen community-based nonprofits, the Nonprofit Leadership Roundtable

The Nonprofit Leadership Roundtable offers six-sessions for nonprofit executives that address key topics relevant to nonprofit organizational development and work culture. The roundtable is open to any decision-maker of a nonprofit. There is no cost to participate, but space is limited.

Each 90-minute session is a combination of learning, listening and contributing.

The Nonprofit Leadership Roundtable is limited to 12 people to maximize the exchange of ideas, relationship-building and dialogue about critical topics. Because of the limited space, participation is limited to no more than two people from any one organization. Participants are also asked to attend all sessions for which they register.

Join the Nonprofit Leadership Roundtable:

  • ALL sessions are no cost to participate but space is limited to 12 seats.

  • ALL sessions will be held at Miami Hamilton Downtown.

  • ALL sessions are 90 minutes in length, from 11:30am – 1:00pm on the dates outlined below.

  • Lunch is included.

  • Each session is a standalone session. Register below to attend whichever topics may be of greatest interest.  Registrations will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis until the maximum of 12 seats are filled.
