Are we consistent with who we present ourselves to be at work? At home? In our social circles? On line? Or do we find that we are fractured in how we present ourselves? Are we one way at one place and a different version of ourselves somewhere else?

…is challenging. Most days I take that challenge on and enjoy it. Today I'm overwhelmed with stories of turmoil both domestically and abroad.

The organization has done an amazing job of on-boarding new board members. Really impressive (and I'm not easy to please in this area). It was nice to approach board governance from the receiving end of things rather than a training perspective.

It usually includes both the element of surprise and something happening quickly. Life can change on a dime - suddenly. We know that reality in our heads but yet we are shocked

It was a word we heard many times over the pandemic. Like a song that gets overplayed on the radio, some words are overplayed and lose their punch.

Who doesn't need to do that? Yes, perhaps the 'house' is a place-of-residence but it also pertains to our work environments. Here it is.

It's a fun way to learn more about each other but it's really helpful in navigating HOW to connect with people to ensure they feel appreciated.
